Progress and Pushing


So, as stated before, I have been working out daily. I think I've officially hit the point where I look forward to running. Its been a good solid three weeks of constant running at least a mile every other day at least. I haven't seen any major changes on the scale, but I can tell a difference in the way that running is becoming easier, I don't feel as "swollen" or bloated like I used to. Just a little bit of encouragement, if you don't see immediate results don't give up or throw in the towel. It takes time and eventually you will make your goal and things will get easier.
